The LOKI-SECURECONFIG Plugin is a professional software upgrade for the LOKI diagnostic scanner, designed to edit secured configuration parameters on Tesla vehicles. It gives advanced workshops and EV specialists the ability to access and modify protected vehicle settings that are normally locked by Tesla’s security system.

Tesla vehicles contain around 140 configuration parameters that define installed modules, features, and regional behavior. While the standard LOKI scanner can edit all standard configuration values, secured parameters require the LOKI-SECURECONFIG plugin along with the LC005-SEC cable to establish a secure connection to the vehicle.

This plugin supports Tesla Model 3 (produced before 2020, firmware up to 2024.14.8) and Tesla Model S / Tesla Model X vehicles equipped with Tegra or Intel processors. It enables safe and controlled editing of secured configuration values for repair, retrofit, recovery, and vehicle conversion tasks.

With LOKI-SECURECONFIG, professionals can perform critical operations such as VIN editing after MCU replacement, updating MCU part and serial numbers, changing country configuration for market conversion, and activating or restoring features including Autopilot levels, Supercharging, Performance or Acceleration Boost, Premium Connectivity, and more. It also allows removal of software-imposed battery capacity limits (SoftRange) and activation of Immersive Audio features where supported.
