?? 2. What?s the difference between MASTER and SLAVE versions?

MASTER: You get full file access and can edit or resell tuning files independently.
SLAVE: Works under a linked MASTER tuner. You must buy files or use services from that master.
If you’re a beginner or only working with one file provider, SLAVE is enough. If you’re experienced or plan to grow, go MASTER.

?? 3. Can I upgrade from SLAVE to MASTER later?

Yes, but you’ll need to pay the price difference and get approval from MAGICMOTORSPORT. The upgrade is done online via your account.

?? 4. Do I need an internet connection to use FLEX?

Yes. FLEX requires an active internet connection for most operations, especially for online protocols and updates.

?? 5. Is subscription required every year?

Yes, your FLEX needs an active subscription to receive updates and support. The first year is included free with your purchase. After that, you must renew yearly.

You can still use FLEX for offline protocols that you?ve already activated, but you won?t receive updates, new protocols, or support.
Online functions and newer vehicles will be restricted.

Yes. FLEX can clone many ECUs/TCUs in Bench and Boot modes, depending on the software packages you activate.
